Firstly I DO NOT want to take credit for an Article that is NOT mine! But this is a very amusing Article posted(then moderated) on 606 and I feel people have a right to read it if they want to.(however the BBC moderators disagree).
This article was written by Red Knight (http://www.bbc.co.uk/dna/606/U8138798).

"After his usual Friday afternoon press conference Arsene Wenger agreed to speak to our reporter "off the record" about the now infamous William Gallas incident at last weeks traumatic Birmingham/Arsenal game.
"So Arsene, what did you make of Gallas standing in the centre circle for the late penalty?"
" Of course I didn't see everything clearly but I think it was a good example of his leadership on the pitch".
"How so? most people saw it as petulant".
"Well, they don't understand the game like me. I knew he was watching how the defence lined up for the penalty. Taking mental notes and such"
"Er, surely you don't defend a penalty?"
"A technical point that you don't understand. I am very technical you know". We are a technical team".
"Well what about his histrionics when he kicked the hoarding?"
"We are used to this now at Arsenal. Teams will do anything to stop us playing".
"Sorry, I don't see the connection".
"Obviously Birmingham placed the hoarding there deliberately to provoke William". "These things happen to us all the time. We also think that the hoarding moved first."
"Lost me on that one Arsene. A moving hoarding?"
"Yes, it was a very bad tackle by the hoarding on William and we nearly had another broken leg. Of course maybe someone moved the hoarding but we will have to view the replays later".
"Well finally, surely his refusal to leave the pitch at the end is a concern for you?"
"No, again it was provocation on Birminghams part" "We are used to this you know".
"Provocation?"
"Yes, the Birmingham team left the pitch too quickly, before William was ready".
"Too quickly?"
"Of course, William is a professional. He likes to leave the pitch in a professional manner".
"But the rest of his team had also left the pitch"
"I didn't see that".
